Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through www.diggydash.com.au.

Diggy Dash is operated by F CHEN & N TENG trading as Diggy Dash. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in future, we will update this policy.

Shipping providers

We may use Australia Post, Aramex or another suitable delivery provider depending on your location, parcel size, cost and service availability.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, public holidays or unexpected delays, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will try to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery provider.

As a general guide, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–10 business days after dispatch.

Regional, rural and remote areas may take longer. Delivery delays may also occur due to weather, peak shopping periods, courier delays, incorrect delivery details or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping fees

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The flat-rate shipping fee may change from time to time.

Tracking

Where tracking is available from the delivery provider, we will provide tracking details to you by email.

Some delivery methods may have limited tracking depending on the provider and service used.

PO Boxes and parcel lockers

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Please provide a residential or business street address at checkout.

If an order is placed using a PO Box or parcel locker address, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address before dispatching your order.

Express shipping

We do not currently offer express shipping.

Pre-orders

From time to time, Diggy Dash may be available for pre-order before stock is ready to ship.

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page, checkout page or order information available at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items will be shipped once stock arrives and is ready for dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, supplier or courier delays.

If there is a significant delay to a pre-order, we will try to update customers using the email address provided at checkout.

If we cannot supply a product you have paid for within the stated timeframe or within a reasonable time, we will provide a suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@diggydash.com.au.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to update the address.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Diggy Dash is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be resent due to incorrect delivery information.

Change-of-mind returns

We want you to feel happy with your purchase. We may accept change-of-mind returns if all of the following conditions are met:

- you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- the item is unopened, unused and in original condition
- the item is sealed
- all original packaging, cards, meeples, rulebook and components are included
- you provide proof of purchase
- the return is approved by us before you send the item back

For approved change-of-mind returns:

- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- the original shipping fee is not refundable, unless required by law
- the item must be packed safely to avoid damage during return postage
- refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your purchase comes with rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If your Diggy Dash order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with missing components, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@diggydash.com.au.

Please include:

- your name
- order number or proof of purchase
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the damaged packaging, damaged product or missing/incorrect components, where relevant

For items damaged in delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible so we can investigate the issue promptly. This timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a suitable remedy such as:

- replacement parts, where possible
- replacement of the product, where appropriate
- a refund, where required or where replacement is not reasonably available
- another solution agreed with you

For missing components, we will generally try to send the missing part first where this is practical.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after:

- we approve the refund; or
- we receive and inspect the returned item, where a return is required.

Your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing-item issues, we will handle return shipping or replacement arrangements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances of the issue.

Please contact us before returning any item. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Orders placed through Amazon or other marketplaces

If you purchase Diggy Dash through Amazon or another third-party marketplace, your order, shipping and returns may be handled according to that marketplace’s applicable policies and processes.

Please follow the return or support process provided by the marketplace where you placed your order.
